WMD Summit; Totally not doing this again. *cough*

It's me. Hi

 {Time Set: In a lull in military activity some time in the VERY near future - basically just a time without a major conflict going on}


It had taken many hours of debate within the halls of Freedom House - the centre of government for The Republic of the Cloud Peoples. Over these many hours, the Prime Minister (Edward Hertz) had been persuaded to change his long held ideals on the nation's military and stance of the worldwide state of affairs.
In one final push of debating, the PM and his close colleagues - the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Economics, and a few others had been beaten (metaphorically) into submission. It had not made Hertz's day.
"Mr. Gràhem". He sighed, "it looks like you'll have to make the preparations. I guess it may be for the best, but whether we like it or not, that's democracy. Get to it immediately please".
"Yes sir" was the Minister of Defence's reply.

(OOC: Meanwhile the rest of the government and the citizens breathed a sigh of relief. Would the PM finally think about the people for once??:P)

He returned to his office and began to write:

Dear esteemed leaders in the Universal Allegiance,
After some serious debate, it has been agreed within the Republic's Government, that we are to go ahead and organise a summit to all the nations within the region.
We, as a large country, in terms of size, population, economy, and military, have realised the dangers and damages that are been caused by recent and current conflicts amongst our neighbours.
According to recent studies, the content of pollutants in the atmosphere have seen an increase over the past few months which appear to correspond with military movements worldwide. We have also seen larger influxes in immigrants, shockingly, many with injuries. Levels of debris found washed up of The Cloud Peoples' shores have also increased, and it can only be assumed that this is happening in other places too.
This is why, as the Minister of Defence for one of largest nations in the region, I am inviting you on behalf of the government and people of The Cloud Peoples to visit us for a summit on all weapons and weapons fire, including but not limited to Weapons of Mass Destruction.
Without visiting or taking part, you will miss out on the opportunity to voice your opinion on the matter, and without you, we cannot hope to see change.
More details are to come, following your replies to our invite.

I shall then outline the information about the venue, travel to the venue, and what can be expected.
Then in about 5 or so days, the Summit will start.

 The Cewanian government struggles with the question of what person to sent to this important looking summit. After hours it is decided that there is no suitable person that could be sent. Which means only one thing...they send Chansz Hamer.

Sent by Sir Simin Gutenviller, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Reppubliccastasse of Great Scourge, Knight-Commander of the Order of the Bridge, and General Sir Hanke Dominus, First-Among-Equals in the General's Council, Knight-Commander of the Order of the Islands

The Reppubliccastasse accepts the invitation to the summit on WMDs. We hope to bring to attention various major concerns of the Reppubliccastasse, for itself and other nations - namely, nuclear weapons proliferation via peaceful nuclear reactors, (fission) nuclear weapons in general, fusion and antimatter bombs (except in space), and possible antimatter and fusion bomb proliferation which is (sadly) difficult to separate from peaceful or space-related (militarily) uses of the material, or creation.

Other concerns are radiological, biological, and chemical weapons. Even among the few WA states [COUGH COUGH] on Universalis Prime, especially the Allegiance, there are various extreme limitations regarding the latter category. Specifically, only chemical weapons with a lethal capacity due to toxicity are currently banned under the present WA law. The fact that us nations of the UA are in fact at risk of biological attacks from non-WA members or various WA members that have a track record of not following the rules, is truly terrifying - such weapons are entirely unpredictable and it cannot be allowed for them to be used.
Chemical weapons, meanwhile, are an issue of particular interest that our delegation shall discuss when we arrive.

Sent will be myself and Dominus, Lord Justyn of Justinia, first Lord Wiegand (Knight-Commander of the Order of the Bridge), and the Minister for Human Rights, Fleur Aiello.

We also urge all other nations to participate in or follow the orders coming from this summit.

Thank you for your interest, we look forward to sharing our ideas with you to come up with a solution that pleases all.
Here are a few details regarding the location of the summit:
The talks will be held in the capital - Freedom City, in the Forbek Centre (see attached image):

Despite your relatively high starting tax rate, the startling income inequality of your nation suggests that you employ a horridly inefficient and unfair tax regime, otherwise the curve would be flatter. It is unlike the Scourgian people to not concern oneself with how so few can have so much and so many can have so little. Thus, we must decline the offer to stay at any luxury hotel within your nation. We will arrive by plane on the day the talks actually start.

 As requested the Cewanian government sends a letter confirming their participation. Confirming that the delegate chosen for this summit will be Chansz Hamer and informing that he will be given 2 guards to assist him. The letter also states that the type of chosen transportation is the train.

Dear Mr Eveso,
The bear will have to be checked on arrival in to the country and provided it passes the health, safety, and other pet requirements, it may accompany you, however, there will be no animals permitted within the conference centre.
