The year was 2010, and The Republic of The tanzen-Flamme had decided to telegram the nations of the UA if they would like to become apart of an Allied Force. Rules shall be discussed in the meeting with any nation that sends representatives to the meeting. |

So, its best to have something that doesn't rely on changes in pressure for the majority of its power - hence, lasers, antimatter-matter explosions, and plasma are the best methods to use, unless you're Cewania and you're dirt poor due to isolationism so you basically use large bullets and the electromagnetic force. Further, antimatter is a good weapon on Earth because it is very much unreliant on kinetic energy, so its difficult to block it. Thus, banning antimatter will result in Scourge withdrawing from this programme as we have plenty of reasons to use it. Restrictions on bombs and missiles may be thought up, however." |
