Whilst touring the ancient city of Ruhmstadt, the most merciful and gracious Arch of the Scourgii, was shot multiple times by presumed anti-monarchists, from the colosseum in the city. The Archia was nearly shot, but the Arch in an act of bravery and love jumped to protect her, shouting her name. The authorities arrested multiple suspects, many of which showed anti-monarchical or anti-establishment views but not violent tendencies. One went on many rants about the sea-silk that the Archal garments are made of, which seemed very... odd. The Arch is not yet dead, but he may not survive. The most advanced medical technology in the nation have been directed to help him recover, or at least live long enough to finish his will and all that. |

Ankshara donates 8 million Anks (5,970,149.25 Florins) to the Scourgian Government strictly to help scientific funds on the health of the Arch. Also, a small slice of cheese makes it all the way to the airport security at Stahlsstein. |

The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, Koralia Goebel, states that the gift was refused on the basis that so much money is better spent on the people of Ankshara, for the thing is gunshot wounds are relatively simple to heal but if they're in just the wrong place at just the wrong time, then there's very little that can be done with all the science in the world. Therefore, due to the restrictions placed on the gift, it was refused. The gifts from Harndar are accepted. |
