After much badgering from her advisors, Empress Tanjansa Nïkhovhen of Velkand finally caves and reaches out to the remaining royal houses of Universalis Prime for a husband. Empress Tanjansa only has a few concerns that the suitor's house must be willing to meet: that the marriage is Matrilineal, that the Dominon of Velkand cannot be passed through inheritance to the suitors royal house, and that they will not gain an alliance unless independent rulers of the country. |

A country needs to have a nobility to have a Royal House, and Ankshara does not have a nobility. |

...... The family of the Chancellors is the family of the old Kings of Ankshara, so it is a royal house. |

[Having a distinguished ancestry makes no difference - what makes Windsor royal compared to the, say, von Hohenzollerns in Germany is that they are recognized as being a real nobility (or rather royal house) under law, and even have de jure power (de facto ceremony, but still), as opposed to the situation in Germany where the nobility can at best have courtesy titles, and might be rich - but they're still just normal citizens to the government.] |

((For a note - any houses that offer a suitor and actually have authority will be preferred over ones without.)) |

[I don't think there is any more, unless you could consider the Bishop of Yusuksitan's family.] |

After discussion with Plasma Seer Council the council allow Yule to summit himself as a suitor. The Council sends Yule as a possible suitor and is already willing to comply to the conditions set. Yule his family has power with combination of Federic the former Grand Plasma Seer and with Yule involvement in the Plasmarian Government. |

Archbishop; and while Inbelial Beelzebane does hold the title "Prince of Yusukistan": his family are not considered nobility. |

The Crusadian state and the Warsamanese states both have royal rulers do they count? When the Imperial Alliance fell, Kanosus became a democracy while the people of royal blood almost became obsolute until JaTye took over and they we're put back into becoming rulers of their states but still have to apply to the rules of the executives and so on. (The other states do too). |

Tanjansa seems to be taking an interest to Yule, but still leaves room for others should they show up. All potential suitors are invited to the Kablach-ran palace for a comfortable stay until everything has been sorted out. |

To note, Harndar never had a king, from it's past to present, it was ruled by either a Consul or the Council. In long story short, you won't find any royal blood in Harndar. |

Current Councillor Theadoor arrived at the palace as well. Having been the final ruling family's great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandson, he had royal blood in him but it was never recognised by the Government or People. He was curious to see where this goes. |

Hugo shows up, also. He is wearing a bloodred suit with a white tie. He sees Yule, and immediately looks at his pocketwatch. |
