Archbishop Beelzebane is hosting a party in honor of the Grand Kapun of the Kleker Tribe, Roaqqa's, 800th birthday. The celebration will be held on the evening in Vagantem Vir Prudens in the city of Monicaska. It is suspected to be a green carpet event, with many of Yusukistan and the Kleker Tribe's elite attending. |

@Kanosus: They are welcome as long as Executive Brian stays home. @Scourge: Roaqqa has VVP's owner lift the no-Flagellum policy so the Scourgii may attend. @Harndar: On the way to the celebration, they see Gaius Armagnac, reputed as Tritogenis' greatest duelist. @Cewania: Roaqqa has heard of Elir and is eager to meet a fellow isolationist. @Velkand: The Empress is formally invited to attend, and sent a map of the gang territories of Monicaska so she can find the safest path from the Seaport to VVP. |

When she enters the building, she is approached by an elderly Kleker man, the Grand Kapun Roaqqa, walking with a cane made out of the rib of a large fish. He is followed by a Kleker officer with one hand constantly on the grip of his revolver. "Rikeji, Empress. I am honored you decided to come." Roaqqa says. |

(Bruh, there's a province called Monicaska.) Roaqqa walks over to Archbishop Beelzebane and a couple of others, and they all walk to a table and sit. Two servers come out of a door. One walks ro the table with Roaqqa and the Archbishop, the other, a Latius man with thick black hair and a small beard, walks to the Empress' table. "Greetings, madame, may I interest thee in something to drink?" |
