As an attempt to make international relations stronger, the Minister of the Armed forces of Euthrasia, Lennings Putin, has called for a meeting to discuss the foundation of a military coalition. The purpose of this alliance is to solidify military power in case a nation in the coalition is attacked. The alliance will be called ISAF, or the Independent State Allied Forces (yes I got that from Ace Combat 4). The meeting will be held in the House of Principals in Hindigrad. Putin requests anyone who is willing to cooperate with international military forces to come to the meeting. (pidgin is sent to Yusukistan individually.)

40 Smithside Road Higidran, Remalia, Remalandia 5:27 PM One of the (numerous) secretaries of the Chairman of the Foreign Assembly[1] buttons his red and blue plaid shirt, with khaki pants. He let it slip from his mind that the three colors simply did not mix, which he had been taught by his mother twelve years ago when he first entered college. When he was done, he opened his dormitory[2] door and walked out of the building. Another sixteen-minute walk to the Chair's office, he thought. Sixteen minutes later, he arrived at the Chairman's door and knocked on it. The pain of the wood- it almost felt like stone, although his doctor said it is his mind, tricking him into thinking that the door was stone, due to the fact that he the secretary had knocked on it for what seemed more than a thousand times, alerting the Chairman on current foreign and military events. After a few minutes of waiting, the door creaked open. A cantankerous voice answered. "Who is it? Whadya want?" scratched the voice. The secretary jumped to attention. "Ahem, Mr. Braum, I have an, an, an, update. An update." The voice, apparently coming from Mr. Braum, responded. "By the way, you dressed horribly today. I bet my great-great-grandson, who is a midget[3], wouldn't think of dressing in such a way as you have today. Come in, I do not have much time." "Thank you, sir. We have received a telegram from the Euthrasians-" "Wait, the Euthrasians? We haven't gotten a single telegram from those d**m fools since the dawn of time itself! Continue." "Well sir, the telegram is asking for a military alliance between us and them. Possibly other nations. They've already got a name, sir, and we don't even get to take part in the naming." He said, excitedly. "Anything else?" "No, sir." "Well, I'll issue an order to the Assembly to join the coalition- if they let members of this new coalition actually vote on a name rather than the founders picking a name. Now, out, Cathan[4], I've got a meeting with the Chancellor in five hours." The secretary runs out the door, but then Mr. Braum yells "DON'T RUN IN THE HALLWAY! And, send what I said to the Euthrasians!". The secretary makes a faint "Yes, sir!" that Mr. Braum cannot hear. 1 Responsible for Foreign Affairs and that of the military. 2 Also his office. 3 Remalic slang term for a toddler. 4 The secretary's name. |

Imperial Palace 4:31 AM With the highest ranking generals of her empire, the Empress Tanjansa Nïkhovhen was up since late last night once the nation caught wind of this military coalition. She believed this coalition would be of great assistance if any nation was being suppressed by a strongman into either changing their policies, ideology, or just to force things out of them in general. She decided to attend, though did not know the time in which it would take place or how they would host the meeting. |

In-Character roleplay should not be mixed with gameplay- the military constitution should not be pinned to the World Factbook Entry. In my opinion, it should be pinned in one of the Roleplay boards. Edit: I also don't like that a. We never really even had any say in making the constitution, deciding the name, or logo. b. I do not approve that the name and logo were taken from a game. If we are going to make a coalition, I want it to be original. c. Again, see b., the Preamble is built off of the Preamble of the U.S. Constitution. Edited by remalandia, Dec 26 2015, 04:37 AM.

Thing is, I wanted this gameplay element to be intermixed with the roleplay section. The logo was mine to decide on since I am the founder, but I can change it if you don't like it. However I do understand that you disapprove the name was taken from a game, but I thought it just sounded cool. If you have a better name, please don't hesitate to post it here so I may improve the coalition. EDIT: Also, the constitution is subject to change at any given time, so if there is something you don't like you can bring it up to me and if coalition members agree, I can change it. The World Factbook Entry is for important things. The dispatches on it are the most important for the region. The Constitution is for new and current members to get to know how this region works. The embassy policy is for the leaders/regional officers of other regions to know what our expectations are. ISAF is not a huge thing in our region- therefore, the constitution should not be pinned. Valham International Airport Higidran, Remalandia 2:21 PM Jacob Braum dragged his suitcase along the old tile floor, creating tracks of mud behind him. Nobody dared to point that out, because one of the most common stereotypes in Remalia was the fear of elders. It was provoked by Unama Fredrantz, a facsist who became the Chancellor at age 93 and crippled the nation by enslaving thousands of innocent civilians. As he approached his docking bay, he handed the man responsible for recieving the passenger's tickets his special ticket with the seal of Remalandia engraved into it. The ticketman looks suprised, but immediately straightens up. "Right this way, sir." In the next few minutes, Braum boards a government aircraft. As he sits down, he is greeted by a tall young man. "James- I, I, I mean, Sir!" "Ah, hello, Braum! You're going to that ISAF meeting, aren't you?" "Yes, with those d**m Euthrasians." "Ah, Jacob! No need to call our neighbors that! We just haven't established formal communication with them in a while. Anyways, it will be a short flight, but if you're feeling thirsty, there is a bar in the back of the aircraft." "Yes, Mr. Chancellor." [what ever name Euthrasia picks] International Airport Hindigrad, Euthrasia 4:53 PM A few minutes after Flight EX/4903 lands, the only two passengers, Jacob Braum and James Famiarji, are off the plane. They walk through the airport, get their passports stampted, and walk to the limo pickup. They board a limo to the House of Principals. Right this way!" says one of the many butlers in the House cheerily. They walked through a maze of hallways, and they opened up into a huge room with a domed ceiling. Rows of seats lined the walls with fancy-looking men arguing. "Ahh, this is the Grand Senate Building, where all legislation proposed by the people is discussed and passed. Grand Chancellor Volovsky gets the final say in the matter of course, but that's only a precaution. However, the Senate can deny his veto with a 3/4 vote. We've taken much inspiration from a strange probe that crashed a while back in which we learned our language from and- well that's a story for a different date. Shall we carry on?" The butler leads the Remalandians further through the enormous House of Principals to the Grand Meeting Room. "Ahh, here we are. I hope you enjoy your visit here in Euthrasia!" Putin looks over to the two men standing in the doorway. "You must be the Remalandian delegacy? Please, take a seat. I'm Lennings Putin, Minister of the Armed Forces. It's splendid to meet you. We were just about to begin." |
