Over the past several months a Civil War consumed the Plasma Familiars Holy Empire over the title of Grand Plasma Seer. Kain became the Grand Plasma Seer through diplomacy. With order restored Kain has recently reopened the borders. He has recently extended an invite to all nations to send diplomats. He desires to let the world know his nation is back and is ready to resume diplomatic relations with other nations. |

"Welcome, I'm Grand Plasma Seer Kain. The men and women sitting with me are the Plasma Seer Council. May I know who you are and the nation you represent."

Sorry, if any of you find that rude but you need to keep in mind that my 7 predecessors have all ended up with a blade in them, and some of them because they kept bragging about their position. The only reason I've been able to open the borders is because of my approach. First off I want to establish embassies with your nations from there we can start talking about treaties. Is there any objections to my proposal?" Kain addresses the diplomats who have been sent.

About the embassy, we've got a few blocks of land in our Capital City that can have an embassy built. I will admit, the land we offer are pretty darn fine, but I don't think that really matters to you, let's talk treaties. |
