Over the past several months a Civil War consumed the Plasma Familiars Holy Empire over the title of Grand Plasma Seer. Kain became the Grand Plasma Seer through diplomacy. With order restored Kain has recently reopened the borders. He has recently extended an invite to all nations to send diplomats. He desires to let the world know his nation is back and is ready to resume diplomatic relations with other nations. |

As for the trade offer we'll accept on two conditions is that your company makes no efforts to take over our economy and is willing to take a couple of economic reforms to support the working class. But something that won't hurt it's bottom line. We are theocratic republic and we take our mission of a common welfare seriously." |

"Well platinum production has only increased and we've been producing alot of spare energy from our plasma generators. We've been pretty self-sufficient even when a civil war was going on. The only thing is we're getting close to end of our sustainable wood harvests."

They're still left even after one of the old claimants to Grand Plasma Seer went on a genocide of the religious minorities. He was a nut head in general. I was the one who defeated him at the battle of East Peak. He was brought to me after the battle and he reveal his whole scheme, I guess in an attempt to make me sympathize but he's now dead at the bottom of the Plasma Sea."
