Due to the recent Head of State elections in Euthrasia, a member of the Democratic Socialist Party named Boris Ivanov has been pronounced by the People's Congress as the new Premier of Euthrasia. He plans to make a public introduction of himself to the Universal Allegiance in Volovgrad. "Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Premier Ivanov's Welcoming Ceremony! Please rise for The Internationale." "People of Euthrasia, and the rest of the Universal Allegiance, my name is Premier Boris Ivanov. I will be the head of state for the next 4 years here in our glorious nation and we have a number of new policies the People's Congress is implementing right now that you, the people wanted to have put in place with my Premiership. The first policy is the Patriotic Act. The Act entitles citizens to be more patriotic of their country by supporting military parades, listening to Public Service Radio stations such as Political Realms and attending monthly Citizen Rallies in the main capital plaza of each major city. These rallies are mandatory and will catch all citizens up to speed on the current events of the country as well as the newest policies approved by legislation. There will be plenty of food to be given out, and there will be live entertainment after the announcements performed by the Volovgrad Symphonic Orchestra. The second policy in place is the Leading Comrade Act. This act entitles the Premier, myself, to become the head of the military rather than the Minister of Defense. The current Minister of Defense, Mr. Sokalov, will be reassigned to the Ministry of Immigration and Border Patrol. With the military being in the control of the Premier, there is more incentive to rally behind the face of the people, the current Premier. The third policy is the Foreign Trade Act. This final act entitles the country of Euthrasia to begin foreign trade of exports and imports with all nations in the Universal Allegiance. The policies of Isolationism and self sustainability are no longer, it is 2016 folks, and our economy simply was suffering without the aid of outside sources. This act will open thousands of jobs in the shipping industry both here in Euthrasia and abroad, being an all around beneficial change. With his long hair, triangular spectacles, and woooden shoes: the uninformed of Euthrasia may think him a vagrant, especially considering the IePP has decided to guard him from a distance at his request. |

A guard at the entrance to the HOP recognizes Asparg, and allows him in. A guide leads him to Premier Ivanov's office. In the center of the office there is a military planning table with a map of Aether. At a quick glance, it appears to have active plans for some sort of military operations. Upon hearing the door to his office opening, Premier Ivanov quickly throws a small tarp over the table to cover whatever he was planning. He turns to Asparg and greets him heartily. "Ah, Mr. Asparg! It's wonderful to finally meet you. I've heard much about you from my good friend and previous leader of Euthrasia Hakke Volovsky. Anyway, take a seat. Now tell me, what beverage do you prefer?" |

Aputsiag nuga Niviarsiag, as well as the Speaker of Anthieren, Malthe Gerald, arrived at the House of Principals. Gerald went to everyone who would listen and began advertising Anthieren's beauty, while Niviarsiag simply wandered around, looking uncomfortable. |

Guards welcome Brian, Niviarsiag, and Gerald to the HOP. They lead the three down the hall to the Premier's office. "No taste for alcohol? Well nobody's stopping you. Mr. Ivankovich, bring us a water and a shot of Smirnoff, will you?" Mr. Ivankovich, one of the House of Principals' service provider fetches the beverages. At the same time, the guards bring in the three foreign diplomats. "Ah, more guests! It's my pleasure to meet you all. I am Premier Boris Ivanov, the newest leader of Euthrasia. I'm glad you could all stop in. Take a seat, please. Let me get you all a drink. What serves each of your tastebuds' likes?" |

They all had their minds wrapped around internet memes, stupid tabloids, and petty arguments between celebrities. I wanted them to have the same passion for our country as they do for pointless things like that. As for my 'consolidation of power' it is because my party believe that the military is too loosely connected. In the Euthrasian Revolution, the Bunker War, and the South Aether War, countless lives could have been saved if a single mind controlled the spread out military rather than disconnected and isolated field marshals. Perhaps that answers your question." |

"Well it's good to have a nicely connected military," said Brian "It allows them to easily respond at your will when the times get tough. Sometimes we need to get our J.A.G.U.A.R Forces to be ready to expell any terrorist threats our police forces struggle to stop themselves." |

Implementing the Patriotic Act as well as having myself assume position of commander in chief allows the people to have a greater cause to rally behind. Simply look at history for that. In the 1960's, Indegene Housread, the old leader of Erreutia, had an approval rate of 90 percent due to his prominent showcasing of himself. Of course that regime was overthrown and replaced with the one we currently have here in Euthrasia, but that was only because of horrible crimes against humanity he committed such as the extermination of secular citizens. In Euthrasia, it will be much more refined, and of course the democratic process is still in place." Premier Ivanov sips from his glass of red wine. "Anyone care for a snack?" |

Ivanov jumps up and calls for his guards. The table reveals a plan to overthrow the Euthrasian government and expand Ivanov's influence through Aether via conquest. The plans first reveal a land and air invasion of Andia and Remalia, as well as a naval blockade of Great Scourge. It also showed plans for a coup in Lollerland to replace the government with an Ivanovist one. Guards rush into the room, aiming their rifles at Asparg and the rest of the delegates. "Step away from the table, you are under arrest for intrigue in top secret information." one of the guards says to the Yusukite. "You've made a mistake Asparg. I wanted only to have peaceful talks today, but it looks like those will have to wait." |
