After the tense events of the Poulos Ultimatum, the government of Yusukistan announced a Unity & Justice Celebration. The celebration is set for a bright Sunday in Yusukistan's beautiful capital, the Citta Basilica (nicknamed Ovidian's City, Smoky Rome, and Christ's Fortress on Tritogenis). The events will open in the late morning with a special mass conducted by Archbishop Beelzebane and his Assistant to the Archsee. Afterwards will be a street festival in the Basilican District of the city. Then an event in the National Stadium consisting of speeches by Professor Citro Lector, Krevlaz, Brother Ilurio Mareneo, and Prime Minister Gutuer Asparg. The celebration will end with an Halima Goethe concert. The event is expected to draw some tourism revenue and provide diplomatic prestige as well as boost public morale and demonstrate Asparg's popular support.

The Empire of Yamakami applauds the Yusukistan government and Yusukistani peoples for striving for peace and unity after the said tense events of the ultimatum. We continue to support this progress and are willing to send a trusted delegate to celebrate with the nation Yusukistan.

This Empire also wishes to make it known that we are more than happy to establish economic ties with the aforementioned country and perhaps more than that if possible.

Your friendly neighbourhood admin!

I applaud Yusukistan and it's people for maintaining peace and unity at dark times. As always The Secular Democratic Republic of Lollerland supports Asparg and his lawful government. Our diplomat in charge of Yusukistan will be attending the Unity & Justice celebrations in the hopes to further increase ties and friendship between both the countries.

A couple of Skyships visit the country to for the event. The board is hoping the Yusukistans will allow their ships to enter this time.

Deciding to give them a chance, the Skyships are allowed to land at a privately-owned airfield south of the Citta Basilica. The Kanosian diplomats, as well as those from Yakamaki and Lollerland, are escorted by IePP agents to the Ovidian Basilica before the special mass. They are brought to the front pew, where a thin, shaggy-haired man in wooden sandals and triangular red spectacles (PM Gutuer Asparg); a distinguished-looking man with an authoritative air about him (Deputy PM Dr. Asclepius Deabarus); and curmudgeonly, aging priest (Chief Diplomat Father Honorius Meticulus) are waiting to greet them.

"Greetings!" says one of the Kanosians, wearing a snazzy dark green suit. "The names Eve Derrick, how does it go on this fine day?"

The secretary of foreign affairs, Keiko Fukada, having just arrived in Yusukistan, is undoubtly feeling jet lagged and looked very haggard. This is the first time she set foot on foreign soil ever since Prime Minister Shinzo Abe appointed her the position of secretary of foreign affairs but her heart jumped in joy once the plane in which she resided touched the ground. Keiko was never the one to be fond of planes, it made her sick but she felt excited. Seeing the outside world is a dream come true. "I must get used to this" she thought sternly and started to mentally kick herself.

Once she herself was out of the plane, Keiko walked up to what looked like three authoritive looking men. "Greetings, I am from the newly established Yamakami empire. My name is Keiko Fukada" she bowed slightly to all three men while simultaneously shaking their hands, her nervous excitement made itself known in her voice. "The empire sends its well wishes to your country. If ever, we would like to establish trade and exchange embassies and/or anything else between those lines but as of now, let us enjoy the celebration, yes? Thank you for having me" Keiko smiles, a bit nervous but her months of training in the field of public speaking taught her to be confident enough, at least on the outside. "I should've paid attention when they briefed me about the leaders of the world" she contemplated solemnly, once again mentally kicking herself for allowing such a mistake to happen but hoped her ignorance wasn't too obvious.

Deabarus speaks up after the introductions. "I am Dr. Asclepius Deabarus, Deputy Prime Minister of Yusukistan. This young man is my superior, Prime Minister Gutuer Asparg." Asparg waves nervously at the diplomats while avoiding eye contact. Father Martin Damasius, the Assistant to the Archsee, steps out into the apse and requests everyone to be seated.

Eve notices Keiko, hear about her interests about trade. He approaches her to speak to her. "Once again, greetings" he says cheerfully. "It's been a while since I met someone from the Empire. I'm Eve Derrick, as I've mentioned before, I'm one of the executives of Kanosus's JaTye Enterprises. Perhaps you may have known of some of our global achievements? Our nation, and JaTye, are deeply interested in trade and forming embassies ourselves."

Keiko sits down to wherever she was supposed to as instructed while discreetly looking at Prime Minister Gutuer Asparg curiously, wondering why he won't look at any of the delegates. "He looks more nervous than me" she concluded.

Keiko snapped out of her thoughts when a woman greeted her. She replied with a small smile, "Yes, greetings yet again Ms. Derrick. From what I've seen" she glanced up at the sky for a second as if expecting one of Eve's sky ships to appear in thin air. "Your country is technologically advance and" she points at her suit "Your clothes are like a glimpse of the future" she chuckled nervously, "Unless of course, I'm still stuck in the old world and the old world ways of living"

She paused to listen to whatever the Kanosian has to say afterwards. When the subject of trade and embassies were brought up, her eyes lit up like the stars in the night. Unable to contain her excitement, Keiko says "Indeed? That would be wonderful! When shall we start and where? Just a word from you and we'll be ready as soon as possible!" she smiles a wide smile this time as she spoke. "You'll be our first trade partner or even ally should that happen, I'm sure of it. No doubt!"

"Indeed, we can start now." says Eve as she claps cheerfully. "JaTye is always happy to make good business relations with other nations, all I need to do is contact Headquarters. Also, I wouldn't say your country isn't stuck in an old world, the Yusukistans, pardon me, we're once in a phase were they only used medieval technology for a time. But if you insist of calling yourself the old world, perhaps view us as the ones trying to get you unstuck, here, take my card."

She hands Keiko her card, using both hands to give it to her.

Once all are seated, Fr. Damasius continues. "Our pastor for this morning will be His Most Reverence Inbelial Beelzebane, Prince of Yusukistan and Archbishop of the Citta Basilica. Our opening hymn will be Adeste Fideles." The hymn begins playing as the ecclesiarch enters at the head of the procession. The congregation begins singing, led by the choir, once he walks past the back row of pews.

At regem angelorum, the Scourgian Ambassador enters the building. She looks quite annoyed with herself, and is walking quickly to the front pews where she should already have been seated, all the while trying to not be seen, but also to not seem desperate to not be seen. Anyone who questions her is only met with a quickly muttered "Sorry, sorry, I need to rush..." before she moves on. Her robe is dirty, especially around her knees, and her hair is somewhat disorderly; her walk is somewhat queer, and from all this its clear she tripped on the way to the church. When she finally sits down, she looks relieved.

But if you insist of calling yourself the old world, perhaps view us as the ones trying to get you unstuck, here, take my card."

She hands Keiko her card, using both hands to give it to her.
"N-now?" Keiko stammered. Blinking inoccently, she asks, "Here and now?" Keiko looks around, confused but smiles anyways. "If you say so?"

While Keiko looked around, she saw a person whose robes were quite... Uncharacteristic for a delegate or was she a delegate in the first place?

Not wanting for the Kanosian to think she is ignoring her, Keiko quickly turned her attention back on Eve. She accepted the card with both hands immediately. Keiko then realized, with wide eyed shock what Kanosus is, or at least her impression of the country. "Holy fuzz balls?!" Keiko thought while looking at the card. "Kanosus is a corporation controlled state?! Is this real life?"

Conspiracy theories she made up quickly flooded her mind. She stares at Eve's futuristic suit then at the sky, (again) she looks towards the Pastor in front of her, the extremely weird robe-wearing foreigner seated somewhere near her then back to Eve again, clearly and utterly confused.

Putting two and two together in her imaginative mind, she thought, "The state of Kanosus is controlled by a huge corporation of an entity, most likely extreme capitalists and we're about to establish trade with them while everyone looks on to the pastor or whatever in front of them monotonously like robots. What's next?" Keiko quickly turned to look at the people at her back in unfounded fear, as if expecting something or someone to stab her."That weird woman killed someone and Yusukistan is actually a country who focuses on religion so much they could kill people like the crusaders years ago and how the Yusukistanis are willing to blow themselves up in the name of their god?!" she concluded exasperatedly.

"Oh my god, I live in a strange world …!" she pursed her lips while slowly turning back to the pastor with a grim expression. "So help me god"

After the procession enters the apse and get to their places: Archbishop Beelzebane opens up a large, gilded Bible. "A reading from the first letter of St. Paul to the Corinithians: 'I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.'"

Eve tries to show interest in the bible reading, but instead gets her TyePhone to contact the CEO of JaTye. She turns to Keiko, "Our Presient is happy to trade" she says with a cheery voice. "I can ensure that you will get the best deal from us. We specialise in producing quality products and goods for our international friends. I can ensure that our most mechanically and genetic engineered workers will be building our products for you, and don't fear, they will do it.
She hands her her a booklet containing the goods JaTye is exporting and importing, which is styled like a advertisement catalogue.

"Genetically engineered workers?" Keiko inquired. "That is quite a shock" she accepts the booklet. "Although I'm not sure what will continue to shock me. I'm sure you have a lot to offer" she turns her attention back to the archbishop. Clearly interested in what he said. "Perhaps he's trying to say something else.. " Keiko chuckled softly at the thought. "My! Am I paranoid?"

"There is loads to offer. You can hold onto this"
Eve then passes her a tablet with a holographic display of various goods. Eve then pays her attention to Beelzebane.

Josepha Foernster, the Scourgian ambassador, turns to Keiko, her richly decorated robes seeming as if trying to shine, only for dirt to dull the lustre. Her voice is careful, any change from monotony seemingly calculated with the backing of years of experience, and the word choice highly deliberate.
"Do not trust too well in JaTye. Their works have no mouths and yet must scream. They are in a rebellion against nature and morality, and their statehood is an absurd display of the dangers of Capital."
She then glares at the Kanosian - she assumes - Ambassador, before turning to Beezlebane and listening intently.
Foernster is of the Democratic Socialist party, from before Head of the Council Aputsiag nuga Niviarsiag. She is thus of the old party elite, and therefore a revolutionary and yet quite at home with politics. And the older parts of the party are home to a mess of contradictions - they are not quite xenophobic, but show little more than contempt to foreign states. They are progressive, yet conservative in a strict sense, showering praise to and patronage to the preservation of Scourgian culture. They are citizens, albeit elected and powerful, yet often act like they fancy themselves courtiers in the Archalia, with grand plots for power hidden behind elaborate masks and graceful smiles. It is difficult to trust them, yet they rarely turn out to be deceitful.
