When Lobsteran fell into disrepair and separated into squabbling factions, Harndarian research teams took the advantage and decided to search the ruins of Lobsteran. After discovering many of Lobsteran's government secrets, some nuclear locations were found in Lobsteran's Capital. After a research team went to explore those ruins, they managed to set off a nuclear bomb, incinerating the team and turning Lobsteran's capital into a wasteland of nuclear waste. |

Many Kanosians and refugees residing in the Oldlands show great fear of the situation at hand, living near the outer borders of Kanosus means they are relative close to the Lobsteran wastelands. Oldlandians have requested that the JaTye Conglomerate should step into the situation. While JaTye rarely shows interest in Oldlandic citizens, they do have concern in the nuclear blast, as Kanosus is already having toxicity problems as it is alone. The JaTye Research Division has been authorized to travel to the Lobsteran wasteland to investigate the explosion. The researchers are to utilize specialized safety equipment. They also will be accompanied by JAGUAR personnel for protective purposes. JaTye is also hoping to find rare and valuable relics or other items as well. The Oldlandians have also sent their own people to search the area, independent from JaTye. |

Some Harndarian militants were stationed near the capital wastes. Some reports of strange noises coming from the wastes were coming in from the city, a Harndarian research team near the wastes was sent to figure out this strange anomaly. |

The JaTye research teams also find out about the strange anomoly and head into the city along with the JAGUAR personal to investigate. They are shortly followed by the Oldlandic Explorers. |
